DISNEY VS NETFLIX
Disney is a global entertainment conglomerate which makes films for the mass entertainment market. In order to increase their success and take over competitors, Disney use a range of strategies that allow them to continue their growth and widen their audience. Disney launching Disney+ is an example of vertical integration. Creating an area where their films can be distributed allows Disney to own the entire film making process.
